Joy Unleashed: Children’s Day at AIM Foundation

 Children’s Day is not just a celebration—it’s a reminder of our responsibility to nurture, protect, and uplift the younger generation. At AIM Foundation, we marked this special day with an event full of energy, enthusiasm, and heartwarming moments dedicated to the children we serve year-round.

Held at one of our community centers, the celebration was nothing short of magical. The space was transformed into a colorful world of fun and learning, where kids were encouraged to be themselves, laugh freely, and explore their creativity.

The day began with a cheerful welcome and an opening ceremony where children sang and danced with pride. Their performances, brimming with confidence, brought tears to the eyes of many parents and volunteers. From poetry recitations to skits about kindness, every act carried a powerful message of hope and growth.

Games, storytelling sessions, and drawing competitions kept the young ones engaged throughout the day. A special corner was set up for art and crafts, where children let their imaginations run wild. The joy on their faces as they shared their work with guests was truly priceless.

Midway through the event, a nutritious lunch was served, followed by a surprise cake-cutting ceremony. Each child received a gift bag filled with stationery, snacks, and personal care items—reminders that they are seen, loved, and supported.

Children’s Day at AIM Foundation is more than an annual event. It reflects our commitment to creating a safe and joyful space where every child can grow with dignity, confidence, and opportunity. Events like these strengthen the bond between our organization and the communities we serve.

Empowering Girls with Confidence: A Workshop on Menstrual Hygiene Awareness

 AIM Foundation recently conducted a transformative workshop focused on menstrual hygiene awareness—a subject still considered taboo in many parts of India. With the vision of breaking silence and empowering adolescent girls, the workshop was led by a dedicated team including Dr. Ghosh, Ms. Nibedita Basu, and Dr. Banani Dutta. The session aimed to educate young girls about the biological aspects of menstruation, the importance of hygiene practices, and how to manage periods safely and confidently.
