Empowering Women with Knowledge: AIM Foundation’s Menstrual Hygiene Workshop

Menstrual health is more than just a physical concern—it’s tied deeply to dignity, education, and empowerment. Recognizing this, AIM Foundation has been conducting menstrual hygiene workshops to break stigmas and promote open conversations.

Led by knowledgeable and compassionate professionals like Dr. Ghosh, Ms. Nibedita Basu, and Dr. Banani Dutta, these workshops are changing lives. The initiative reaches adolescent girls and their families, offering factual information, busting myths, and creating safe spaces for dialogue.

In addition to knowledge, participants receive essential resources like sanitary napkins and nutritional food packets—an important step toward equitable menstrual health.

Through these efforts, AIM Foundation is not only improving health outcomes but also building confidence and agency among young women. The impact resonates in schools, homes, and communities, fostering a more informed and empathetic society.
