With centers located at Sarala Punyashram in Kasba, Rangkhila in East Bardhaman, and Abasar in Jalpaiguri (near Gorumara Jungle), we are nurturing future-ready individuals. These centers aren’t just classrooms—they are incubators of talent, discipline, and dreams.

Our training programs include MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as advanced software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, Erdas Imagine, and AutoCAD. These skill sets are tailored to match real-world applications in industries like urban planning, geoinformatics, and environmental management.

Most of our learners are first-generation tech users. For them, mastering digital tools opens new doors—whether it's securing employment, contributing to local development, or pursuing higher education.  AIM Foundation recently conducted a transformative workshop focused on menstrual hygiene awareness—a subject still considered taboo in many parts of India. With the vision of breaking silence and empowering adolescent girls, the workshop was led by a dedicated team including Dr. Ghosh, Ms. Nibedita Basu, and Dr. Banani Dutta.
